Featuring a 13-degree slope, the toilet is intended to create the feeling of a gentle squat thrust on the legs when used to make it uncomfortable to sit on for longer than a few minutes. The design is intended to help businesses who are looking for a way to reduce the instance of employees spending extended periods sitting on the toilet using their phone.
The controversial slanted toilet design from StandardToilet was conceptualized by Mahabir Gill after having to deal with workers who had fallen asleep in washroom cubicles and creating a lineup.
