If you are looking for a recipe for a St Patrick's Day shake that isn't a garish green colour, this s'more-flavoured milkshake is a delicious way to celebrate March 17th. Created by food blogger Jessica Merchant of How Sweet It Is, the S'mores Stout Milkshakes are made with beer for an alcoholic addition.

Made with chocolate ganache, dark beer, graham cracker shards, marshmallow cream, vanilla ice cream and whipped cream, the St Patrick's Day shake is a sweet way to incorporate stout into your celebrations. The marshmallows are toasted with a blow torch and the chocolate ganache is made from scratch, giving the boozy beverage a special touch. You can make your own at home with Guinness or your preferred chocolate or coffee stout.
