This Millennial-Focused Campaign Combines Nissan and the NCAA

Nissan recently launched a sponsored sports campaign, which is a collaborative effort between the car brand and the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). The sponsorship is a four-year agreement that will allow the car brand and NCAA to work together in gaining traction and support for college sports.

This groundbreaking campaign is being described as the "widest-reaching sponsorship in the history of collegiate sports in America." The ultimate goal for the sponsored sports campaign is to aid Nissan in connecting with Millennials and college sports fans. The idea is to build a relationship with young athletes in order to establish a brand connection.

The campaign will consist of TV commercials, involvement of local Nissan dealers, stadium signage and new Wi-Fi networks at campus sports facilities. Finally, there will be a mobile app that appeals directly to college sports fans.
