KFC is Testing Out a New Spicy Slaw Chicken Sandwich

Always an innovator when it comes to the fried chicken category, KFC has just begun testing two new chicken sandwiches: the Ultimate BBQ KFC Chicken Sandwich and the Spicy Slaw Chicken Sandwich.

On February 14, 2023, KFC announced that it was testing two new variations on its popular chicken sandwich in the Tampa, Florida market. The Ultimate BBQ KFC Chicken Sandwich features a crispy chicken fillet topped with KFC’s Honey BBQ sauce, crispy fried onions, hickory-smoked bacon, melted cheese, and pickle slices, all serves on a toasted brioche bun. On the other hand, the new Spicy Slaw Chicken Sandwich features a crispy chicken filet topped with the brand's signature coleslaw, spicy mayo, and pickles slices on the same toasted brioche bun.
