The Pei Wei Spicy Drunken Noodles is a new dish from the chain brand's celebrity chef Jet Tila that will offer patrons with a way to enjoy a premium range of flavors in one satisfying dish. The noodles start off with white meat chicken that has been steamed before being added to the rice noodles along with egg, bell peppers, scallions, bell peppers, galic and chili paste. The whole dish is then tossed in a sweet, savory and spicy sauce before being garnished with fresh basil.
