Pei Wei has just unveiled a whole host of new dishes and one of the standouts is the chain's new Grilled Bourbon Chicken.
The new Grilled Bourbon Chicken consists of tender grilled chicken that's been hand-chopped and wok-tossed with a sweet and savory Bourbon sauce infused with Cajun seasonings. The grilled chicken is served over steamed rice, which makes the dish entirely gluten-free and a great choice for those with dietary restrictions.
Of course, the new Grilled Bourbon Chicken is not the only new dish to hit Pei Wei menus. The chain has also debuted House Special Chicken, Thai Coconut Curry, Spicy Drunken Noodles, and Firecracker Chicken (a brand new dish that is currently one of the chain's most popular menu items).
