Following the success of its 2022 Chenin Blanc release, Sovi debuted a sparkling orange wine with less than 0.5% ABV called The Wild Child. Sovi says, "Our 2023 Sparkling Orange wine is a first of its kind for NA wine. Our intention is that with each rambunctious, soulful pour, The Wild Child will fling the door open to adventurous, live-in-the-moment memory-making and pairing possibilities."
Made with Pinot Gris grapes, this copper-colored wine gets its distinctive hue from extended skin contact during the fermentation process, all while taking on additional tannins, texture and complexity.
