Following the lead of Starbucks, Einstein Bros. has hopped on the egg bite train with the debut of its new Sous Vide Eggels.
Einstein Bros.' new Sous Vide Eggels are essentially a bread-free take on its signature fresh-baked bagels. The new dish consists of fluffy bagel-shaped eggs cooked in a sous vide bath. The gluten-free egg bagels come in two different flavors options: the Three Meat & Cheese Eggel and the Veggie Egg White Eggel. The former is made from nitrate-free bacon, turkey sausage, and uncured ham, combined with sharp white cheddar cheese and everything bagel seasoning. On the other hand, the Veggie Egg White Eggel is a vegetarian-friendly option made with fresh bell peppers, tomatoes, onions, portobello mushrooms, spinach, and asiago cheese.
