Argentinian designer and architect Daniel Germani designed the SOLANAS collection inspired by a beach destination in Uruguay. The SOLANAS collection is comprised of outdoor furnishings, including two-seater seats, a single seat and a table. The beach inspiration taps back to Germani's childhood summers, where he and his family spent a lot of time in Solanas. In addition to this influence, Germani's father also valued a space that encouraged welcomeness. Overall, the Solanas collection represents an outdoor space that embodies his three passions of nature, family and gastronomy.
The time Germani spent with his father in the evenings encouraged him to incorporate soft structures and round edges to embrace people like his father embraced him. The pieces in the capsule blend extruded aluminum forms with Dekton-crafted tabletops -- which is a low-maintenance material made from raw pieces used in the creation of quartzite surfaces, porcelain tiles and glass.
