Engineered Stone Surfaces

Dekton Nara Natural Collection Has Japanese Stone-Inspired Finishes

The new Nara Collection introduces Japanese stone-inspired finishes developed by Cosentino for architectural surfaces. The collection draws on the textures and tones of natural Japanese stone, translating them into ultra-compact Dekton slabs produced through a sintered stone process. The surfaces feature subtle veining, mineral variation, and muted color palettes intended for use across floors, walls, countertops, and facades. Slabs are manufactured in large formats to support continuous surface applications with minimal joints.

The collection includes multiple colorways designed to reference different stone types found in Japanese architecture and landscapes. Dekton’s production process combines raw minerals under high pressure and heat to create a dense, non-porous material. The resulting surfaces are resistant to scratching, staining, heat, and UV exposure. The slabs are available in calibrated thicknesses for interior and exterior use and are compatible with standard architectural installation systems used in residential and commercial projects.
