Toronto-based chef Christine Mast heads the kitchen at the Sofia Restaurant -- a swanky yet approachable dining option in Yorkville. Blending ambiance with the menu, the new Italian restaurant was designed by Studio Munge to create a sophisticated space with rich red walls and luxe white and black marble.
The south-facing garden creates an intimately secluded spot for lunch that is bathed daily in the summer sun. The menu features blended Italian cuisine that adds modern flourishes, including zucchini flowers stuffed with truffles and crab or spot prawns paired with melon. The interior boasts a high-end aesthetic that pairs perfectly with the unique lighting fixtures that make each individual eating area work perfectly together.
