The Sobha SkyParks tower has been designed by Sobha Realty as a skyscraper for the Dubai landscape that would provide residents to enjoy a series of parks up in the sky.
The skyscraper will measure in at 1,476-feet in height and will be one of the tallest buildings in the United Arab Emirates. The tower will reportedly feature five sub-towers that will host parks in the sky to help residents enjoy a bit of green space without having to leave the building. The skyscraper will boast a total of 109 floors with 684 residences that contain one to three bedrooms with prices ranging from $784,000 to $2.71-million.
The Sobha SkyParks skyscraper is expected to be completed in December 2031.
