'Smokey Bones' Has Launched a New Consumer Rewards Membership Program

'Smokey Bones,' the American QSR chain beloved for its quality barbecued foods, has partnered up with digital marketing platform 'Personica' to launch a new Smokey Bones membership program named 'Bones Club.' This program will not be only a traditional rewards program where users simply accrue digital points and rewards, which will be a feature, but it will also be more personalized and catered to each restaurant.

Nearly every fast-food and quick-service restaurant has a loyalty program now, so Smokey Bones has added a variety of additional features to its rewards program to retain customers while simultaneously attracting new ones. For starters, simply signing up for Bones Club will award the user with a $10 discount on their next purchase of $25 or more. Following that, Smokey Bones will host events and experiences, send personalized messages, and curate the rewards to user consumption patterns. For example, users who typically order take-out will receive discounts related to take-out, while consumers who dine-in will receive in-person rewards.
