The display manufacturer Tianma demonstrated advancements in smartphone screen technology at the 2026 Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. The innovation is embodied in the company's New Fluorescence Technology, which is implemented in AM-OLED panels.
Tianma's smartphone screen technology involves novel material systems, including Phosphor-Sensitized Fluorescence for green light and a New Fluorescent Blue component. These features are engineered to achieve high color purity, extended durability, and greater power efficiency, enabling coverage of over 96% of the wide BT.2020 color standard.
