Fashionably Smart Furniture

The Clique Editions Mixes Household Materials with Electronics

The idea of smart furniture is not an extremely common one in today's day and age. However, with the rate that technology is advancing and considering how many people live with their phones an arms-length away, household items that incorporate these devices would come in handy.

This is exactly what three artists were trying to do with the Clique Editions, a collection featuring various pieces of furniture that all incorporate technology in some regard. Whether it's to charge one's iPhone or even have a hair dryer handy, these desks, tables and chairs are all electronically inclined. Not only does this smart furniture have practical use for charging devices, but it also looks good at the same time. Marble materials were used for most items, as well as sturdy, solid wood.
