Located at 20 Fenchurch Street, Sky Garden is easily London's highest public garden and spans the top three floors of the building. Known as the Walkie Talkie due to its curved and top-heavy design, 20 Fenchurch Street is now sure to gain acclaim for the spectacular views on offer from the Sky Garden.
The Sky Garden spans floors 35, 36 and 37 and is housed in a large glass dome. It includes an open atrium which houses bar and which offers access to an outside balcony, a viewing space to the rear and two sets of plant terraces.
The greenery was designed by landscape architects Gillespies, and was specially designed to work with the unique light and environment on offer in the Sky Garden. Different areas include different themes of planting; these include a 'prehistoric forest' area and a 'mountain ravine'.
