Ski-In Boutique Hotels

Chapitre Six Brings Bourbon Hotel to Courchevel 1850

Chapitre Six, a French hotel collection, is bringing a ski-in boutique hotel to Courchevel 1850 with Bourbon Hotel, giving guests direct access to Les Trois Vallées from the property. It opens on 18 December 2026. Its 28 guestrooms and three suites keep it compact for guests who want a smaller base in the resort.

Studio Henry gives Bourbon Hotel a darker, retro look that moves away from chalet styling. A Mediterranean restaurant led by Simone Zanoni and a stone-lined spa keep dining and downtime on-site after skiing.

Direct ski-in, ski-out access turns the hotel into a convenience play, since guests can step between the slopes and their room without extra resort transit. The club-like interior widens Chapitre Six's hotel language beyond rustic alpine cues, which could help the brand stand apart in other mountain destinations.
