LOUIS XIII Transforms the Peninsula Hotel with a Winter Pop-Up

— November 15, 2025 — Marketing
LOUIS XIII transforms The Peninsula New York this winter season with a curated pop-up inspired by the ambiance of the Swiss Alps. From November 19, 2025, through March 21, 2026, The Peninsula Rooftop is reimagined as 'Chesa,' a concept paying tribute to the celebrated Swiss restaurant at The Peninsula Hong Kong.

Located high above Fifth Avenue, the installation features four private heated chalets arranged around a central firepit and a sculptural snowflake totem designed to frame a LOUIS XIII decanter. The piece serves as a symbolic introduction to the heritage and craftsmanship of the cognac house.

Each chalet incorporates après-ski-inspired design elements, accompanied by seasonal offerings such as "the Chocotini, a Nutella-infused cognac interpretation of hot chocolate." Guests may also select a LOUIS XIII tasting paired with 'Petrossian Caviar.' Moreover, the New York pop-up is part of a global series with additional locations in Europe, Asia, and Canada.
