IKEA UK Launched the New 'Silence the Critics' Campaign

IKEA UK recently released its first-ever UK Christmas ad called Silence the Critics. The commerical features a modern family who lives in a slightly rundown home that's filled with clutter. The mother receives a text message from a friend saying "Dinner at yours?" in which she looks around the shabbiness of her home.

These downfalls are pointed out in a rap song sung by the various objects around the home including toys, teacups, and knickknacks. These animated objects point out -- in rhyme no less -- the aged tables, curtains, mirrors, and more that require updating.

The Silence the Critics ends with the family cleaning and updating their home with Ikea furniture, making it welcoming and fresh for guests.
