Serrano Chili-Flavored Burgers

The Counter Custom Burgers Has a New Serrano Burger

The Counter Custom Burgers is bringing the heat this month with the debut of its new Serrano Burger.

Just as the name suggests, the new Serrano Burger is a fiery creation inspired by the heat and flavor of serrano peppers. The burger starts with an all-natural Angus beef patty topped with cheddar cheese, red onion, smoked Gouda cheese, bacon, serrano pepper, and onion mix. The whole thing is served on a fluffy brioche bun appeared with a deep-fried serrano pepper and served with a side of serrano chili aioli.

To pair with the new burger, The Counter is also offering two new beverage options: Ruffino Pinot Grigio and Modelo Especial. The Ruffino Pinot Grigio is a medium-bodied, elegant white wine, while Modelo Especial is a Mexican lager with an orange blossom honey aroma.
