The Counter Custom Burgers is catering to mushroom lovers with its new Portobello Mushroom Burger.
While many burger joints offer a portobello mushroom cap instead of a burger patty, The Counter has opted to combine them both for an earthy burger creation. The new Portobello Mushroom Burger starts with an all-natural Angus beef patty, which is then topped with a marinated portobello mushroom, baby spinach, tomatoes, provolone cheese, and roasted red peppers. All the toppings are then drizzled with a tangy balsamic fig glaze and served on a multigrain bun. As if that weren't enough, the meaty mushroom burger is also served with a side of garlic aioli and balsamic fig glaze.
The new Portobello Mushroom Burger is available at participating locations for a limited time now through July 31, 2022.
