The Abakus Foods Seaweed Crisps are a new healthy snack variety for consumers who are looking for an alternative to conventional potato chips and a prepackaged food with a more nutritious profile.
The crisps are made with seaweed that has been harvested from the South Korean seals and come in three flavor options including Salt & Vinegar, Lightly Salted and Cheese. Each one is made with seaweed that has been coated with tapioca to enhance the crunchy profile of the snack.
Director of Abakus Foods Helen Wang spoke on the new Abakus Foods Seaweed Crisps saying, "We created this range out of our love for the nutritious seaweed. Feedback has been amazing and people keep coming back for more. Being a natural foods brand, we embrace the wholesome, delicious, and nutritious foods that nature provides us with. We are also honored to be collaborating with “1% For The Planet Program” to give back to the planet and donate 1% of sales to environmental causes. We are super excited to be finally sharing them with you”.
