MAD Greens is starting the summer season off on a fresh note with its new Seared Ahi Tuna Menu.

MAD Greens is a chain that's best known for its chef-inspired salads, grain bowls, and wraps. Now the brand is elevating its menu even further with a high-quality protein option. The new Seared Ahi Tuna Menu puts the spotlight on wild-caught, sustainable, and fair-trade certified sashimi-grade tuna. This high-quality fish is then seasoned with cracked black pepper and seared to perfection before it's added to a number of different dishes. In fact, fans can choose to enjoy the new protein in the form of the Seared Ahi Tuna Salad, Grain Bowl, or Wrap, all of which are served with a house-made Sesame Ginger Dressing.

The new Seared Ahi Tuna Menu is available now through the end of September.
