The Lime House Tataki menu has been announced by the restaurant brand as a series of options that take the namesake Japanese meat cooking preparation technique in stride. The menu includes the Salmon Tataki and the Tuna Tataki, which sees the meat cuts seared at high heats to achieve a thin crust with pepper and salt seasonings. The interior of the meat is left almost entirely raw to give each bite a crispy and tender texture that's light yet satisfying.

Founder Thanda Win spoke on the Lime House Tataki menu saying, "It’s like sushi with a twist. It isn’t all raw; it’s only raw in the center but well-done on the outside. Our salmon and tuna tataki give a unique combination of crispy and tender in one."
