Modern Market Eatery has rolled out its highly anticipated summer menu and it includes crave-worthy offerings like the new Summer Seared Ahi Salad, Kale Caesar Side Salad, and Ginger Peach Lemonade.
The new Summer Seared Ahi Salad starts with seared ahi tuna that has been line-caught – which is generally considered the more sustainable fishing method – instead of pole-caught. The tuna is then paired with crunchy romaine lettuce, marinated summer squash, fresh heirloom cherry tomatoes, corn, watermelon radishes, sliced egg, and creamy avocado. The whole thing is then tossed with housemade scallion ranch.
As if the new Summer Seared Ahi Salad weren't exciting enough, the new summer menu also includes the Kale Caesar Side Salad, which features a vegetarian Caesar dressing, and the new Ginger Peach Lemonade, which is juiced by hand.
