Available now through August 30th, Hurricane Grill & Wings' limited-time menu focuses on fresh flavors and tasty seafood ingredients. For instance, the new Ahi Tuna Tostadas feature seared ahi tuna paired with seasoned slaw, a spicy cucumber wasabi dressing, Secret Weapon Sauce, and green onions, all served on crispy flour tortilla chips. Another seafood offering is the Tropical Shrimp Wrap, which features Grilled shrimp tossed in a zesty habanero lime sauce and paired with lettuce, tomato, tropical slaw, pineapple, and hot honey lime sauce, all wrapped up in a flour tortilla. Lastly, there's the new Big Wave Wedge, which features blackened salmon served over an iceberg lettuce wedge with bacon, tomato, red onion, and blue cheese.
