The Asian fusion concept Flat Top Grill is welcoming spring with two exciting new offerings: the Fresh Poke Burrito and the new Aperol Spritz cocktail.
Perfect for the warm spring days ahead, the new Fresh Poke Burrito offers the delicious taste of poke in the form of a portable, handheld burrito. The dish consists of sushi-grade tuna paired with steamed white rice, edamame, English cucumber, Asian slaw, spicy chili sauce, green onions, and toasted sesame seeds. The new burrito is also served with a fresh spring salad made up of chow mein, English cucumbers, grape tomatoes, and the brand's signature Asian Sesame vinaigrette. As Flat Top Grill's Chief Executive Officer, Gregg Majewski, explains, "When we introduced our very first poke bowl last summer, the response was overwhelmingly positive. But we like to constantly push the envelope at Flat Top, and The Fresh Poke Burrito does just that."
