On February 27th, Michelin Star Chef George Mendes and Dewar’s Master Blender Stephanie Macleod will offer a complimentary class via Zoom to show participants how they can craft the ultimate "Scotland Meets Portugal" meal and cocktail combination from the comfort of their own homes.
Participants will start the event with a guide on how to create a Spiced Tonic Highball, and then Chef George Mendes will show how he makes a delicious seared shrimp dish. Stephanie Macleod will follow this up with a demonstration on how to do a twist on a classic Old Fashioned with Dewar’s Portuguese Smooth. Participants can also join in for dessert and a final cocktail.
Those interested in taking part in the Zoom class can sign up via Cocktail Courier, where they can purchase all the ingredients they need for the cocktails, and also access an Instacart link where they can find everything they need to create the food pairings.
