Sauces have stepped out of the sidelines to share the spotlight with main meals, becoming such a bold, messy indulgence that diners are proudly donning specialized garments—like Shake Shack's sauce-proof shirts—just to dive in. In collaboration with creative agency Another Thing Coming, Shake Shack designed disposable apparel inspired by its iconic tray liners to be given out at select locations for free, while supplies last.
These disposable designs created to help "sauce-proof yourself" appeared alongside the return of a limited-time BBQ menu featuring a tangy, rich, smoky sauce and all-new BBQ chicken sandwiches.
Shake Shack's disposable shirts will be available at six locations: New York’s Williamsburg outpost, Philadelphia’s Center City, Austin’s Domain area, Charlotte’s Park Road, Kansas City’s Country Club Plaza, and Franklin in greater Nashville.
