Red Boat Fish Sauce created a new Vietnamese sauce concentrate that makes instant Nuoc Cham just by adding water. This new mix shares a staple of Vietnamese cooking and as Diep Tran, Red Boat Fish Sauce’s R&D Chef, says: "We wanted to create an instant version of nu?c ch?m which would help home cooks get delicious Vietnamese food on the table quickly. There’s nothing like this on the market right now."
Nuoc Cham has the potential to be used for everything from spring rolls to noodle salads and seafood. Naturally, Red Boat's own fish sauce is at the base of the condiment, which is said to have notes that are savory, sweet, tangy and spicy. Each Red Boat Nuoc Cham box contains multiple concentrate mixes, plus a recipe.
