Hip Hand-Etched Branding

San Francisco Coffee Co. Tins Have an Informal Flavor to Entice the Young

San Francisco Coffee Co. packaging is simply a concept, but isn't it a surprise to learn that it's proposed as a subsidiary brand of Folgers? It's easy to absolutely love the idea, with its lighthearted and homemade appearance, and a much more personal appeal than the beverage giant has with its calculated photographed identity.

Caytlyn Chilelli has chosen to decorate her canisters, not with pictures of steaming hot cups, but with elaborate hand-drawn patterns and endearing illustrations. The entire line is ornamented with what looks to have been a fine black marker on plain white paper, covering everything from the ground java tins to the coffee cup sleeves, the coasters and the reusable cloth tote. San Francisco Coffee Co. packaging and branding would blend right in with the young hipsters and the college crowd of the bay area.
