Salsicciamo Introduced Linerless Labeling for its Packaging

Salsicciamo has announced the transition to its sausage packaging with linerless labeling in a bid to help expedite efficiency and also provide a more eco-friendly solution. The brand is thus reported to be shifting to a fully automated labeling setup that eliminates the need for manual application, which will thus increase timing dramatically. The update will also put a focus on sustainability thanks to the elimination of the liner and silicone on the labels which, when paired with the alternative process, saves CO2 emissions with every roll.

Founder Giuseppe Roberti spoke on the Salsicciamo packaging update saying, "We have seen numerous improvements, the most significant being our transition from manual label application to fully automated labelling lines. Since moving to linerless, we are now experiencing faster labelling speeds, enabling us to pack and label a wider range of products more time efficiently.”
