This rustic workspace in Brno, Czech Republic definitely has an authentic character. The project is headed by locally based architecture firm Kogaa and the selected site is an abandoned distillery space. The studio chooses to maintain the romantic charm of the space by selecting to preserve a lot of the existing interior. This builds on a "new social enterprise launched by the architects, aiming to repurpose abandoned or decaying structures."
The approach is quite interesting, to say the least, and has the potential to win the hearts of those who choose to use the rustic workspace.
