Ruby Chocolate Ice Creams

Creamistry and Barry Callebaut Collaborated on Ruby Cacao Ice Cream

A range of ruby chocolate products are now being introduced to North America and while many of them take the form of solid bars and other chocolate confections, Creamistry will soon be sharing a Ruby Cacao Ice Cream flavor. The co-branded Creamistry Ruby Cacao Ice Cream flavor was created with Barry Callebaut, which introduced the fourth type of chocolate to the world.

While the new ice cream offering may resemble a strawberry or cherry flavor thanks to its naturally bright pink color, the Ruby Cacao Ice Cream flavor is derived from the ruby cocoa bean. However, creamy ruby chocolate is said to have a naturally berry-like flavor, which promises to surprise and delight the senses. By introducing this innovative new ice cream, Creamistry is set to be the first United States-based ice cream concept to sell this flavor.
