Woven Modular Room Partitions

The 'Veneer' Room Partition by Else-Rikke Bruun is Wave-Like

Open-concept space have become the norm within the home and office but still require some sort of division to help make the most of larger areas, which is exactly what the 'Veneer' room partition is designed to enable.

Designed by Else-Rikke Bruun, the room divider is achieved with a series of birch plywood pieces that have been interwoven together using a traditional Mexican weaving technique. This gives the unit its distinct appearance that looks like a macro version of a woven good, while also enabling it to be made as big or as small as required in the space.

The 'Veneer' room partition has a marbled finish on the wood that is achieved thanks to black oil that has been applied to the surface to highlight the grain.
