There's a good chance I'll never own a Rolls-Royce, but I can still design my own with the new Rolls-Royce Phantom app, a new app for iDevices that lets you create your own custom 2011 Rolls-Royce Phantom.

The app is clearly designed for the casual consumer considering its price (free) and the fact that once it's built, you are left to look longingly at your car without any option of ordering it. Regardless, the app is impressive, letting you customize everything from the car's wood grain to its exterior paint job. The Rolls-Royce Phantom app offers a whopping 44,000 different exterior paint jobs from which to choose. Can't find one you like among the 44,000? No problem: simply snap a picture of a real-world color you do like and the app will apply it. It's times like these I wish I owned an iPhone.
