Days of fighting to get the bartender's attention may soon be over thanks to a new innovation from the robotic bar company, Makr Shakr.
In collaboration with the design and innovation studio Carlo Ratti Associati, the pair developed a fully automated bar system that creates craft cocktails using its two mechanical arms. This robotic bartender has been dubbed 'Nino,' and creates beautifully blended drinks for consumers. To use the device, guests are asked to select their cocktail of choice through an app, Nino does the rest.
According to the brand, "Nino explores the new dynamics of social creation and consumption—‘design, make, and enjoy’—allowing users to design their own cocktail creations, while digitally controlled machines transform their ideas into reality.”
