The Rhum Clément Cask Finish Collection has made its debut as a series of double-aged agricole rums that take an unexpected approach to the spirit for aficionados to try out this season. The spirits come in seven varieties that are all been aged for four years in American oak barrels before being finished for 10 to 12 months in casks sourced from various locations around the world. The spirits are perfect for rum enthusiasts and collectors alike, and are each bottled at cask strength with a 55.4% to 60% ABV.
The Rhum Clément Cask Finish Collection boasts rums finished in French whiskey, Port, Hungarian Tokaji dessert wine, oloroso Sherry from Spain, Italian grappa, Japanese sake and Armagnac apple brandy casks. The expressions will be available in France and international markets starting June 1, 2025.
