This finely aged Jamaican rum takes an inspirational endeavor as its creator, Joy Spence, a Master Blender at Appleton Estate, pursued developing a rum that combined the flavors of single malt scotch whisky for a rich profile. The 8-Year-Old Double Cask captures intricate notes of spiced fruit, dried honeyed raisins, caramel, and vanilla while staying true to the brand’s roots and completing the flavor profile with a top note of Appleton Estate’s orange peel.

The 8-Year-Old Double Cask which is “double matured,” is a prime example of innovative distillation methods as it blends Jamaican and Scottish artistry to produce a wholly unique experience that strives to make every drop luxurious.
