The Reynolds Instagram account has been transformed into a cookbook and dining table image collection. The company has taken advantage of Instagram's unique grid layout to display cohesive images that reveal a hearty mix of delicious dishes.
Reynolds and Havas Chicago wanted to produce eight different cookbooks made of 21 images and began to curate the food-focused social media feed recently. Each image features a specific dish and is placed on the Reynolds Instagram account to resemble the look of a dining table -- the images link to another site that reveals their recipe.
This unique use of social media combines images, recipes and brand promotion into one easily and accessible platform. Each of the eight cookbooks on the Reynolds Instagram account will display thematic dishes that relate to a seasonal buzz topic -- these include Back to School, Halloween or Thanksgiving.
