In order to improve its self-serve experience at its fast-casual restaurants, FAT Brands will be including Revel kiosks at all of its Fatburger locations. In addition to the kiosks, the company will install more kitchen display systems, helping to streamline the ordering process so that chefs can prepare meals with more efficiency.
With the new Revel kiosks, customers will be able to place their orders with ease, limiting the amount of time they spend waiting in line, leading to a more positive experience with the Fatburger brand.
