Compassion in World Farming (CIWF) was able to demonstrate the importance of compassionate farming practices through a giant interactive billboard in the World's First Really Live Feed campaign.
After the backlash of finding horse components in certain meat products, this campaign allows people to feel good about the food they put in their bodies as they can see the positive impact free range feeding can have. The billboard shows live video of cheerful and cuddly pigs frolicking in a field with an apple catapult in the foreground.
Through the CIWF app, Londoners were able to throw an apple to the pigs via their smartphones, and watch then the really live feed as the pigs gleefully chomp on the delicious fruit.
