Civil Pours has brought its premium ready-to-serve cocktail line to Ontario's LCBO retail network. The brand's vacuum-distilled Jalapeño Margarita and Cosmopolitan formulations are now available across 175 locations.
The Toronto-based distillery employs proprietary low-temperature vacuum distillation to capture authentic flavors from fresh ingredients like Muskoka cranberries and agave spirits. The resulting shelf-stable cocktails require no additional mixing or garnishes. The current LCBO launch of Civil Pours' ready-to-serve cocktail line features two of the brand's six core offerings, with plans to introduce a limited-edition Blackberry & Basil Gin Smash collaboration in May. Packaged in 750ml and 240ml glass bottles, these ready-to-serve cocktails maintain quality for months after opening and are produced through sustainable practices that repurpose would-be food waste.
Beyond retail, Civil Pours supplies draught cocktails to Toronto hospitality venues and engages consumers through experimental 'Will it Rotovap' distillation projects featuring unconventional ingredients like cereal and candy.
