Designer Sin Sun Ho has designed a grappling hook device that will pull you down to safety in case of a fire called the Rapunzel Safety Line.
This safety gadget is built like a canister with steel wires and a grip handle for you to hold on to. As you hold onto the device, you'll slowly descend down to safety without having to worry about finding an exit in a haze of smoke. Hopefully the Rapunzel Safety Line will make its way to corporate high-rises which can be extremely beneficial in emergency situations.
