A self-proclaimed "noodle foodie" from Berkeley, California named Fanny decided to venture out and discover the very best ramen noodle bowls that Japan has to offer.
She tasted over 100 dishes while traveling over the span of six months, however she narrowed her list of favorites down to just 25. In order to ensure that she found the most desirable dishes, she spent her time researching the opinions of food critics and locals alike. Once doing this, Fanny included each of the ramen noodle bowls on an informative chart that allows other noodle fanatics to mark each off as they try the dishes for themselves.
The illustrations were drawn by Fanny based on the pictures that she took of the different ramen noodle bowls -- with each showcasing the diverse toppings, side dishes and presentations.
