Google loves to mess with their logo--a move that would be blasphemy for most brands. The Queen of England will be visiting the U.K. headquarters of the Internet giant, so for one day the Google logo has a doodle with the Queen incorporated in it. The Queen is quite the technophile, having had her own YouTube channel for over a year.
Implications - Google's constant logo changes are regarded as pure marketing genius in the advertising industry. Because of their constant tributes to certain holidays, icons, etc., Google has managed to draw more people to their homepage to use the search bar over other search tools such as Ask.com and Bing.
