Pure Abundance launched in 2016 and is dedicated to the craft of creating artisanal vegan cheese. It is based in Atlanta and works out of its Cheese Lab in the city's West Side Cultured South. In order to create the vegan cheese, the company blends both traditional methods with contemporary technology.
This results in cultured and aged cashew cheese that is healthy and environmentally friendly as well. The process starts with organic cashews along with other ingredients that are blended together and aged in the cheese cave for 3-5 days in total. This process allows a complex favor profile to release and develop the taste of cheese. The cashew cheese is creamy and can be enjoyed on vegetables, sandwiches, and more.
