If you're ready for a new way to get your pumpkin fix, head over to IHOP to sample the chain's mouth-watering new Pumpkin Cinn-A-Stack Pancakes. Bursting with seasonal spices, the pancakes are like a pumpkin latte you can actually sink your teeth into.
To celebrate the start of fall 2018, IHOP has brought back two of it's seasonal favorites: Pumpkin Spice Pancakes and Cinn-A-Stack Pancakes. However, this year the breakfast chain is kicking things up a notch with a delicious combination of the two, dubbed Pumpkin Cinn-A-Stack Pancakes. The autumnal hybrid consists of four fluffy pancakes made with real pumpkin and a medley of seasonal spices. Each pancake is then layered with cinnamon roll filling and topped with both cream cheese icing and a dollop of whipped cream. As IHOP's Chief Marketing Officer Brad Haley explains, the Pumpkin Cinn-A-Stacks taste "just like a pumpkin pie and a cinnamon roll married and had a food baby."
