Infinite LED Installations

Prism Design Creates the Infinity Bamboo Forest

Prism Design has come up with a way to make a room look like it goes on for infinity with its 'Infinity Bamboo Forest' piece, on display at Daiwa House in Wuxi, China.

The corridor serves a function too, guiding people throughout the space, and "a series of acrylic pipes are mounted in parallel to the pathway, with a reflective coating placed onto the glass wall," states DesignBoom. Due to this structure, there is a constant white glow coming out of the sides of the walls, amplified by the lit-up pipes that eerily stand erect as one walks down the center of the aisle. The main goal of this design is to have visitors feel as if they are walking into an endless void, which is certainly achieved here by Prism Design.
