With a growing shift towards customization in fast casual restaurants, the California-based chain Pieology has debuted six Premium Crust options. With options ranging from ultra-thin to gluten-free, there's a crust for every type of consumer.
Pieology’s new Premium Crust collection includes six different kinds of pizza crusts, which can be paired with any sauce or toppings. For thin crust lovers, there's the house-made Artisan Thin crust and the grain-based Artisan Thin Hearty Wheat crust. In contrast, there's also an extra doughy PieRise Thick crust and a Hand-Crafted Deep Dish crust that's left to rest overnight. Finally, gluten-free consumers can choose between the veggie-rich Cauliflower Crust, which is rich in vitamins, or the vegan-friendly Gluten Free crust option.
